ABOUT US
The Lakeside Community Homeowners Association is incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the state of Delaware. The purpose of the organization is:
1. To provide representation, input and information on manufactured homes, environmental concerns, legislative matters and any other matters that may be of concern and interest to the membership.
2. to encourage LCHOA Members and Tunnell Management to maintain and improve the quality of life in the Lakeside community through charitable, educational, and recreational activities.
Membership will be open to all homeowner(s) and/or tenant(s) in the Lakeside community

Attention all LCHOA Members
A new board position has been created. This position it the Assistant DMHOA Representative. This position will assist the DMHOA Liaison Representative as needed and will assume the duties in the absence of the DMHOA Liaison Representative. Please send a short resume to Pat Brady at patnvin@gmail.com if you wish to become a member of the Board. Pat will also be able to further explain the duties of this position.
Attention All LCHOA Members.
We are looking for volunteers for a program called C.E.R.T. Community Emergency Responce Team. This program is free along with the training. This is sponsered by FEMA and Sussex County Emergency Management. Please supply your name and address to davidkaulius@gmail.com. When enough people volunteer we will contact the coordinator and set up a date and time for training.
